Brittany Barry
Brittany Barry is a conductor, music educator, and clarinetist. Currently a doctoral student at McGill University in Montreal, she is pursuing a D.Mus. in wind conducting and researching conductor health and wellness. Brittany graduated from the University of Delaware in 2024 with a dual-concentration Master of Music degree in clarinet performance and wind conducting. While at UD, she was a graduate assistant and woodwind tech for the Fightin' Blue Hen Marching Band and UD Pep Band. Brittany holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Gettysburg College and previously taught elementary and middle school concert band and high school marching band in central Pennsylvania.

Malcolm Burke
Malcolm Burke is a Doctoral candidate at the University of Minnesota – Twin cities, pursuing a doctoral degree in Wind Band Conducting. He recently completed a Master of Arts in Instrumental conducting at the University of Central Florida, studying with Dr. Scott Lubaroff. While at Central Florida, Malcolm worked with concert ensembles, chambers ensembles, and athletic bands while assisting with administrative duties. Malcolm graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor of Music Education. From 2016 until 2021, Malcolm was the director of Orchestras at Mason City High School in Mason City, IA.

Seth Davis
Seth Davis is a conductor who has collaborated across many areas of the wind music medium. Prior to moving to Minneapolis in 2022, he taught secondary school band in New Jersey, Indiana, and Texas. Seth holds a masters’ degree in wind band conducting from Texas State University, studying under Dr. Caroline Beatty. Currently, he serves as a graduate teaching assistant and doctoral candidate at the University of Minnesota and assists with all aspects of the concert and athletic programs on campus. At UMN, Seth is the director of the Gold Campus Band, an ensemble consisting of graduate and undergraduate non-music majors and community members. He also serves as the music director for the Minneapolis Brass Ensemble and was the Conductor for the Neoteric Chamber Winds during their 2023 season.

Andrew Keiser
Andrew Keiser is currently pursuing his D.M.A. at the University of Miami’s Frost School of Music, studying conducting with Dr. Robert Carnochan. Prior to doctoral studies, he received a Master’s degree in wind conducting from the Schwob School of Music in Columbus, Georgia, where he studied with Dr. Jamie L. Nix. Before graduate studies, Andrew taught at Angola High School in Indiana, where he directed all elements of the band program (a consistent recipient of the ISSMA All-Music Award). Andrew received his Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from Michigan State University, where he arranged music and served as Trumpet Section Leader for the Spartan Marching Band. Andrew actively arranges music and writes drill for high school marching bands, and is a frequent music/drum major adjudicator for marching band events. He has been a guest conductor for the Indiana Bandmasters Association All-Region Honor Bands. Keiser has served on the ISSMA Marching Band Committee and the IBA State Board, and serves as Assistant Director for the Crossroads Drum Major & Leadership Clinics.

Kevin Niese
Kevin Niese is a second-year Graduate Associate at the University of Iowa pursuing his PhD in Music Education. At IOWA, Kevin mentor’s student teachers, teaches courses in instrumental conducting, and assists with the University of Iowa concert and athletic bands. Additionally, Kevin serves as the director of the Iowa City New Horizons Band. Prior to his current graduate appointment, Kevin completed his master's degree in music education at Ohio University. At OHIO he served as an assistant conductor for all university bands. In the field, Kevin excelled in the areas of recruitment and retention while receiving exceptional ratings in various adjudicated events. The North Central Ohio native is a sought-after drill-writer for competitive and festival marching bands throughout the Midwest. His primary research focuses on adjudicated events in secondary music.

Malcolm Stewart

Emily Poll
Emily Poll is a conductor and educator from Pennsylvania. She is currently a masters student studying Instrumental Conducting at Temple University with Dr. Patricia Cornett. During her time at Temple University, she has conducted the Wind Symphony, Symphonic Band, and Collegiate Band as well as the Basketball Band and the Temple University Diamond Marching Band. Her current role is the graduate teaching assistant for the Temple Bands, including being on the marching band staff, aiding in conducting courses, and assisting with band events throughout the academic school year. She received her undergraduate degrees from West Chester University in Music Education and Music Theory. She also received two minor degrees in Music History and Voice. As an educator, Emily taught for three years, including elementary general music, band, chorus & orchestra as well as high school band in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware. She has also been a marching band staff member for many years, including being on leadership teams during her time at West Chester, Temple, and as band director.

Malcolm Stewart is pursuing a Master of Music in Wind Conducting at the University of Oregon. Previously, he was the Director of Bands & Choirs at Anclote High School and served as the Associate Conductor of two community bands in Florida. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from the University of South Florida located in Tampa Florida.
