MISSION STATEMENT

The Graduate Wind Conductors Association is devoted to creating an inclusive and educational community by offering in-person and virtual opportunities for professional development, networking, and engagement in a robust dialogue on artistic philosophies, technical and interpretive practices, and social issues of wind conducting. The organization welcomes current, former, and aspiring wind conductors and is committed to enriching the graduate conducting experience through the exchange of ideas and creation of resources to inspire the next generation of wind conductors and educators.
