MISSION STATEMENT

The Graduate Wind Conductors Association is a collective of current, former, and aspiring wind conductors, devoted to creating an inclusive community of appreciators of the art form. The GWCA offers professional development, networking opportunities, and spaces to engage in a robust dialogue on the artistic philosophies, practices of wind conducting, and social issues facing all conductors. Our association is committed to equitably exchanging ideas and resources to inspire the next generation of wind conductors and educators
